This applies in relation to the company’s own activities meaning the company’s employees and the investment service provided to the company’s customers (alternative investment funds), and in relation to business partners, suppliers, and investors in the alternative investment funds.

CABA Capital support the employees’ health and well-being by combining efforts for a better work environment with initiatives aimed at a healthier lifestyle and increased well-being.
The company’s effort and support are determined by the wishes of the employees. This includes, among other things, healthy nutrition at the office, the possibility of flexible work hours including work from home, and extensive health insurance.

We have a strong compliance culture that is embedded in the management. This supports the company’s integrity towards employees, customers, business partners, suppliers, and investors in the alternative investment funds.
CABA Capital’s CEO is appointed by the board as compliance officer. The compliance function has been outsourced to NJORD Law Firm In order to strengthen the focus and add extra resources to the area.
The way in which the company uphold a strong compliance culture is, among other things, through training and involvement of the employees.
CABA Capital has established an independent whistleblower function which protects those who become aware of illegal or questionable activities in the company and who report these matters via the whistleblower function.

CABA Capital do not provide investment services to entities whose purpose is to evade Danish tax rules.
External gifts are given and received openly.
Gifts over DKK 500 are registered with information regarding the nature of the gift, estimated value, name of the recipient and the giver.
Cash and vouchers are not accepted.
Employees may only give and receive gifts, if no favours are expected in return, and what they give or receive are symbolic gifts.
